Two Convenient Locations
We have two convenient locations to make it even easier to get help for your pet. Both locations utilize a separate entrance so your pet does not have to go through the main hospital waiting room. We will ask you to let us know when you arrive and wait at your car until we are ready for your appointment.
Currently appointments are Tuesdays-Thursdays between 9am – 5pm. In person appointments are on Wednesdays at Hunterdon Hills Animal Hospital or Fridays at Symbios Animal Health. Telemedicine progress assessments are held every day Tuesday through Thursday.
Where To Find Us
Symbios Animal Health is located at 588 Main Street in Chatham, NJ. Once your appointment is scheduled, a VetMind team member will provide specific check-in instructions on how to enter the hospital to encourage a smooth and low stress arrival . Dr. Modes sees patients out of Symbios Animal Health on Fridays.
Hunterdon Hills Animal Hospital at 411 US-22 in Whitehouse Station NJ. We use the side door towards the back of the parking lot. Dr. Modes sees patients out of Hunterdon Animal Hospital on Wednesdays.
